This consultation is when I meet with you via phone/video call to find out more about your goals and what would be a realistic timeline to really see the progress towards them. This also is when you can ask all your questions about how my programs work and to find out if I'm the right trainer for you! I'd love to chat and see when we can start reaching your goals!

Cancellation Policy

For remote consultations, please cancel within 12 hours of your appointment time. For in-person consultations, please cancel 24 hours before your appointment time.
