8 Week Customized Program
Service Description
This is a fully customized 8 week program with the goal of helping you reach your goals whether working out at home or in a gym! No matter the support tier you choose, your program includes: -Training app access to track workouts -Fully custom training program based on your schedule & goals -Video demonstrations for exercises in program Added levels of support: BASE($100): Full self-guided program with basic app access ELEVATED ($215| $235value): Full app access, custom nutrition guide, program walkthrough, halfway point check-in, any time text support (allow 24hours to respond). ELITE($300| $325 value): Same perks as Elevated but with nutrition coaching support, biweekly check-ins(4) For more details on support plans, or to start a program, visit my 'Training Programs' page. For Elevated/Elite tiers, 50% deposit is required to start process of creating your program. When program is ready to send to the client, the final payment is due before being sent out. Cancellation Policy
For class bookings: payment is due in full at time of your class either by cash, Venmo, check, or Apple Pay. You may cancel your spot 24 hours before the class time. This gives others on the waitlist time to book the new opening. If you need help rescheduling or if you booked the wrong service, please contact me directly! For customized programs: A deposit of 50% is required up front to begin the process of creating your program. A full refund may be issued if canceled within 48 hours of deposit being paid. Client is not eligible for a refund after 48 hours of the deposit being paid. This deposit is payment to ensure the process of creating the program and customization process is seen through and pays for the time spent creating plan.
