Do I need weightlifting experience?

Not even a little! I'm happy to work with women of all levels. My goal is to help you become more confident in lifting weights so you'll feel like a seasoned weightlifter in no time!

Can I workout from home?

Accepted Answer

YES! With online coaching, I can create your program for anywhere! I create your training plan based on where and what you have available to you. That includes home workouts! With hybrid coaching, you could conceivably do some workouts at home, but in-person sessions would be at women only gym (Her Pwr Gym in Louisville).

Do I have to count calories?

Accepted Answer

Short answer: It depends!Long answer: After we chat about your goals and workout/nutrition history, we'll talk about how you want to track progress and food(if that's something we're doing). Not everyone needs to count calories to the gram, others do!

Where would the in-person sessions be?

I hold in-person sessions at Her Pwr Gym in Louisville, Ohio! It is a small, private gym exclusively for women! I also offer slightly discounted rates if you love the gym and sign up for their membership!
